Description: The Sculpt Society (TSS) is an online fitness platform with access to over 400 on-demand videos as well as weekly lives that allow you to stream from any device so you can workout anytime anywhere regardless of level.

Megan Roup, the founder of TSS created her platform and method with the goal of making working out fun, and TSS is just that! Her method uses a combination of Dance Cardio and Sculpt guaranteed to lengthen and strengthen your body in just 4 weeks. In addition to Dance Cardio and Sculpt, the app contains a variety of thoughtfully-designed classes (Megan has an incredible attention to detail!) including Gentle + Beginner, Full Body, Stretch + Yoga, a Quickie Series, and Meditation. The app also provides a variety of programs (calendars provided) including a 10 Week Program, True Beginner Sculpt, TSS Mama Pre + Postnatal (broken down by trimester), and a Quickie Program to keep you accountable and ensure you never miss a workout.

The quality of this online platform from the videos themselves to the actual workouts is truly top-notch and by far one of the best we have tried!

Overall Vibe: The Sculpt Society is all about putting perfection aside and finding the joy in moving your body. Not only are Megan’s workouts genuinely fun, but her positive attitude keeps you motivated and she brings an energy to each workout that gives you the confidence to move and honor your body regardless of where you are on your personal fitness journey.

Length: Varies based on class (ranges from 5 - 50 minutes)

Intensity: 4/10 – 10/10—varies based on class type and equipment but doable for all levels. Ps don’t be fooled by the low impact Sculpt classes…whether it’s a full body or a 10 min quickie these guys are always such a burner!

Sweat Level: 6/10 – 8/10—varies based on class type and length.

Equipment: Dance Cardio is equipment free and Sculpt utilizes a variety of body weight and light resistance including 2-3lb hand weights, 1-2lb ankle weights, resistance bands, and sliders. Recommended equipment is always posted in the video notes so you know exactly what you need to get a good workout in but equipment is never required.

*TSS equipment is available for purchase here.

Pros: What’s not to love about TSS?! A few things that make this app worthwhile include the quickie series and having a program with a calendar to follow. Whether you have a busy schedule or not, Megan’s quickie series is effective and makes finding the time to incorporate movement into your routine super easy and accessible. Having a program to follow if you so choose is also a great way to keep you on a schedule and hold you accountable.

*On a more personal note, having a prenatal program to follow while pregnant has given me the confidence and motivation to continue to move my body as it allows and contributes to feeling my best! Quality prenatal workout programs are hard to come by and I can’t recommend TSS enough.

Cons: To be honest it was really difficult to come up with any cons because we loved just about everything the TSS app had to offer. However, if you prefer a large variety of workout options or workouts that incorporate things like heavy weights and/or HIIT, then this may not be the app for you.

Is it worth it? 100% YES…if you’re looking to build lean strong muscles (aren’t we all?!) and want fun low impact workouts that are accessible anytime anywhere then TSS is the perfect platform for you!
