Welcome to WTW and congratulations on taking the initiative to work towards your best self!

No matter where you are on your health journey, I am here to help you along the way.

Nutrition can be confusing and frustrating, especially with all of the fad diets that seem to contradict one another year after year. However, it doesn’t have to be complicated and I’m here to simplify and quiet the noise.

Given my unique background in medicine and nutrition, I understand firsthand the importance of bio-individuality . With each client I use an individualized approach to curate a personalized program designed to help you thrive and achieve your health goals.

While nutrition plays an essential role in your overall health and wellbeing and is our primary focus, we will also discuss and address other areas in your life like exercise, stress management, sleep habits, and community as all of these affect your food choices.

Together we will work towards developing sustainable habits and a positive mindset to lay a healthy foundation for your long term success. Throughout each program I will be with you every step of the way to provide accountability, support, and celebrate every win no matter how big or small they may be.

INTRODUCTORY CONSULTATIOn

This is a FREE 15 minute call for me to get to know you and your goals and for you to get a better understanding of how we can work together to achieve those goals.

wtw 1 HOUR SESSION

This session is perfect for those interested in general guidance as it relates to optimizing your nutrition and diet or for those who have a few nutrition questions. During our 1 hour session together we will briefly discuss nutrition fundamentals as it relates to your individual needs and I will follow up with any additional resources that might be of benefit to you.

This session does not include an individualized meal plan or continuous support.

If you decide you would like additional guidance by joining one of the fresh start programs, payment for your 1 hour session will count towards program cost of your choosing.

WTW Fresh Start program

1 month program (4 weeks)

1 hour initial session and three 30-minute follow up sessions

This program is perfect for the person interested in a developing a new approach to food and creating sustainable healthy habits. During the one-month program we take a deeper dive into the nutrition fundamentals, how those fundamentals can be applied to your individual needs to optimize your overall health and wellness, better your understanding on how food affects your body, and identify additional barriers that might be setting you back from achieving your health goals. If aren’t sure where to start or need a quick reboot then this program is the perfect start!

Plan Includes:

  • 1 hour initial session and three 30-minute follow up sessions

  • an initial nutrition assessment

  • A comprehensive nutrition program and individualized meal plan customized just for you

  • WTW resource guide (grocery guide, approved products, and more!)

  • Continuous support throughout the program – unlimited text, email or calls

WTW full reset program

2 month program (8 weeks)

1 hour initial session, three 30-minute follow up sessions, and four 20-minute check in calls

This program is perfect for those who are looking for a fresh start to optimizing their overall health and well-being. In addition to learning the nutrition fundamentals and discussing factors that might be setting you back, this program allows us to work together to create a sustainable individualized nutrition and wellness routine that works just for you. This program provides the space and time required to learn and instill new healthy habits and my continuous support and accountability to ensure that you are on track to reach your health goals!

Plan Includes:

  • 1 hour initial session, three 30-minute follow up sessions, and four 20-minute check in calls

  • AN Initial nutrition assessment

  • A comprehensive nutrition program and individualized meal plan customized just for you

  • Updated plans and resources after each check-in call via email

  • WTW resource guide (grocery guide, approved products, and more!)

  • Continuous support throughout the program – unlimited text, email or calls

Wtw group sessions

This program is perfect for the person interested in a developing a new approach to food and creating sustainable healthy habits with other like minded individuals! Having additional support from family and friends makes achieving your health goals that much more attainable and I am super excited to now offer this NEW program! Group sizes require a minimum of 3 participants and a maximum of 6. This month program will include weekly meal templates best tailored to everyone’s needs and weekly group sessions where together we will take a deeper dive into nutrition fundamentals, how those fundamentals can be applied to your needs to optimize your overall health and wellness, better your understanding on how food affects your body, and identify additional barriers that might be setting you back from achieving your health goals.   • 1 hour initial session and three 30-minute group follow up sessions

  • an initial private nutrition assessment with each individual

  • A comprehensive nutrition program and weekly meal plan customized just for your group

  • Continuous support throughout the program – unlimited text, email or calls

Wtw a la carte sessions

This session is for those who have already completed a 1 month or 2 month program and are looking for additional ongoing support and accountability. Whether it’s a matter of addressing and tackling a specific problem or you have additional nutrition questions and would like some guidance, this is the perfect opportunity to continue working together to optimize your health and work towards your goals!
