Creamy Tahini Hummus

PREP TIME: 5 MINS COOK TIME: 3-5 MINS TOTAL TIME: 10 MINS

SERVES 6-8

Ingredients:

1 can garbanzo beans drained

1/4 cup tahini

1/4 cup EVOO

1/4 cup of water (water from the can of garbanzo beans works perfect!)

1 clove of garlic

1/2 tsp cumin

1/4 tsp salt

Juice of 1/2 lemon (plus lemon zest)

 Instructions:

  1. Blend on low for about 3 minutes (the longer, the smoother and creamier!)

  2. Top with a sprinkle of paprika, lemon zest and a drizzle of EVOO
